"Ranching in High Desert" exhibit

We need Friends to volunteer to staff an information table and sell water and soft drinks at the dialogue on Dec. 16 between photographer Jeff Scheid and rancher Anna Fallini-Berg, whose family ranch is the exhibit’s focus. Volunteers need to arrive at the museum by 9:30 a.m., and will be able to leave at about 12:15 p.m. Sign up online .

The audience will join us at 10 a.m. on Dec. 16 when Scheid and Anna Fallini-Berg will tell the stories behind the photographs featured in our current changing exhibit, “Ranching in the High Desert: Five Generations, One Family.” The exhibit focuses on the Fallini family ranch, which has been operating since the mid-1800s. Free with Springs membership or Springs admission or museum membership. (Friends of NV State Museum LV membership is different from museum membership.)
